Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy explains how Sejal Tours and Travel, operating as Bharat Link-Up, handles personal information in connection with bharatlink-up.com and enquiries about our virtual assistant services.
1. Contact us
For privacy questions, requests or complaints, email bharatlinkup@gmail.com or call +91 8450948307. Our published contact location is Chaitanya Nagar, Powai, Mumbai 400076, India.
2. Information collected
- Enquiries: first and last name, email address, phone number and the message you provide through the consultation form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Service communications: task requirements, business contact details and correspondence you share when discussing or receiving support.
- Technical and usage information: information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, approximate location and interaction data processed through hosting logs and Google Analytics, depending on your browser settings and the services in use.
- Google features: if you choose an available Google sign-in or reader feature, information shared through that feature is subject to the permissions you select and the relevant Google privacy notices.
Please do not put passwords, financial account details, identity documents or confidential client information in the public enquiry form. Any access needed for an agreed task should be arranged separately and securely.
Payments, refunds and digital delivery
This policy covers information used for website audits, virtual assistant support, design, social media services and other agreed online work. We may retain customer contact details, the agreed scope, order and invoice references, payment status, correspondence and delivery records needed to provide the service, handle cancellations or refunds and maintain required business records.
If an online payment option is made available, the payment provider processes the payment information entered in its checkout. PhonePe is being set up as a payment-provider option; this notice does not mean payments are already enabled. Payment and refund processing may require transaction references, amounts, status and customer contact details. Do not send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs through our enquiry forms or email.
We use refund-request information to verify the transaction, review the service and communicate the decision. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the process. Deliverables are supplied by email or an agreed online channel. We do not require a physical shipping or return address for our current online services, although billing details may be needed for an invoice.
3. Why information is used
We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss your requirements and arrange consultation or service support. Service information is used to carry out agreed work and manage communications and business records. Technical information helps operate, secure and understand use of the website.
If we ask you to receive optional marketing communications, that choice should be separate from your service enquiry. You can ask us to stop optional communications at the contact address above.
4. Providers and external services
The site is hosted on Hostinger and uses WordPress and Fluent Forms to run pages and collect enquiries. Google Analytics is connected for website measurement. Relevant information may be processed by these providers and by the email or communication services used to respond to you. Authorised personnel involved in your enquiry or agreed service may also need access.
WhatsApp, Instagram, Google features and other external links take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Using those services is your choice. Their infrastructure may process information outside India. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law.
5. Cookies and similar technology
WordPress and related features may use cookies for login, security and site functionality. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers to measure website use. Some embedded or external features may use their own cookies.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some features. Google explains its data practices at Google Privacy Policy and provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained for the purposes described here, including handling enquiries, delivering agreed services, maintaining necessary business records and meeting applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the information and purpose; contact us to request deletion of information that is no longer needed.
No website or communication method can guarantee absolute security. Please share only necessary information and contact us promptly if you believe information connected with your enquiry or service has been misused.
7. Your choices and requests
You can contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or raise a complaint. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained where applicable law requires this; withdrawal or deletion may affect our ability to provide requested services.
8. Children
Our services are intended for business and professional enquiries. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and address it.
9. Updates
Changes to this policy will appear here with an updated date. Please review it when submitting information or using a new feature. See also our Terms & Conditions.
